1/ Steps in the incorporation of an SARL:
- -Articles of incorporation and memorandum equivalents ( Statuts ) registered with the local tax authorities
- -First meeting of the directors and nomination of the managing director (Gérant)
- -Legal Publication of the company incorporation
- -Registered address contract ( contrat de domiciliation)
- -Bank certificate, stating that the capital has been deposited (certificate de dépôt en banque )
- -Mandatory Form M0 submitted
- -Declaration of non-conviction by the courts (declaration de non-condamnation)
- -Photocopy of Passport
- -Power of Attorney for the incorporating attorney (us) to authorize us to conduct incorporation on your behalf
2/ Costs of the SARL for the following work (summarized and not limited to the following):
- -Draw up Articles and memorandum equivalents (Statuts et enregistrement )
- -Draw up minutes of first meeting and nomination of the managing director
- -Draw up registered address contract
- -Draw up Declaration of non-conviction by the courts
- -Draw up official Publication of the company incorporation & publish in approved legal newspaper
- -Registration formalities with the French companies register and the clerk of the court
- -Fill out form M0
-Estimated legal costs ... 500€
-2 month deposit for the registered address and mail service ..160€
-Fees for drawing up paperwork, including Power for us to act.............1,000€

For 2 nd year, and thereafter, 1000 Euros; annual fee includes government taxes and filling annual tax report.
